Due to the individualized nature of care, Dr. Cohen maintains a limited number of appointment slots. All appointments are by arrangement — no walk-ins.

No surprise bills. Patients know exactly what to expect before their visit. Direct-pay patients are always welcome.
Accepting Banner Aetna — Mondays
Dr. Cohen is pleased to accept Banner Aetna patients on Mondays. We do not currently accept Medicare, Medicaid, or other insurance payers.
